Heavy, sometimes hypnotic. Once again, HKE has presented us with another brilliant addition to what is shaping up so far to be a landmark of an album series. lee on vhs

The puddle of mudd cover blew me away (because I had no appreciation of that song before), and otherwise this is a cool focused jag spree. thenewspaper
"To each their own."
HKE tends to be unpredictable, and "Cell" is a testament to that. With more focus on lounging dub electronica, there still runs some skating bangers, and fusions of the aforementioned two into experimental electronica. As atmospheric and hard to nail down as fog at an abandoned port, with "Moon Ritual" to put it all to sleep. Also props to TRENDS and Sven K being featured for that wicked hit "Crying Angel."
